The hardening and braising furnaces, with graphite or metal walls are built to address the different needs of hardening and tempering, annealing, normalising, stress relieving, and braising. HOT WALL TEMPERING

The hot wall furnaces of tempering are built for the complete tempering process, ageing, stabilising, annealing and stress relieving. Due to the absence of contaminants in the hot chamber, a clean treatment is obtained. The heating phase is achieved by forced gas convection, giving optimum, thermal uniformity results.

COLD WALL TEMPERING

The cold wall tempering furnaces are designed to meet the needs of tempering. The arrangement of the heating chamber, construction techniques and solutions used, allow for optimum thermal uniformity and at the same time guarantee an optimal treatment process.
